World Heart Day is an annual event held on September 29th, aimed at raising global awareness about cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) and encouraging heart-healthy living. Established in 1999 by the World Heart Federation and the World Health Organization. The day serves to inform people about the importance of CVD prevention and management, and to unite individuals worldwide in the fight against these diseases.
